Our new poster for things to do in the Cotswolds

As you know, we pick our guests up from Moreton-in-Marsh station and drop them back off there at the end of the day.

The station is served by the main line railway from London Paddington, which means our guided tour makes a great day out from the capital.

The team at Moreton-in-Marsh tourist information centre are full of ideas for things to do in the Cotswolds and offer a couple of fantastic services for tourists which we wanted to tell you about today.

For just £17.25 you can book 10 minutes with one of their travel experts. You can use this time to plan the basic structure of your holiday along with overnight stays and you can can also get answers to travel queries or any problems.

For £40.25 you can get an hour of time. This is fantastic for getting a detailed touring itinerary along with recommended places to visit and stay. Plus you get the benefit of your Personal Travel Assistant’s intimate knowledge of the Cotswolds. After all, you can’t beat local knowledge for finding your way around.

We’ve recently put our new poster up in the foyer of Moreton-in-Marsh tourist information and it’s attracting a lot of interest – we’re already fully booked on some days throughout the summer!

We’ve also got a poster in Oxford’s Visitor Information Centre.

The staff at Oxford can offer suggestions for days out, let you know what seasonal events are taking place and help with accommodation.

We really like some of their suggested itineraries. They have plans for all tastes, so whether you enjoy books, art or music or are looking for ideas on how to spend a day in winter or even how to entertain the kids; the Oxford Visitor information centre have plenty of ideas for a memorable visit.

The team also offer themed tours which are a great way to spend your time and get the most out of your day. You might enjoy films, history or science or perhaps you have a fascination with gargoyles or stained glass windows! There really is something for every one.
